Welcome to These Hands Pottery !! Lucille Sabiston has been crafting pottery for over 7 years. Lucille apprenticed with 5th generation Seagrove Master Potter Sid Luck and graduated from the renowned Montgomery Community College pottery program headed by Master Potter Mike Ferree. Lucille has established her own line of Pottery featuring traditional, functional and decorative pieces.

Lucille produces all her pottery at her home studio nestled in the woods of the Uwharrie Mountains. Lucille's pottery is turned on her own wheel, and bisqued and fired either in her own electric kiln, or salt-glazed in a groundhog kiln at Luck's Ware in Seagrove, NC.

Lucille is one of the featured artists at Sid's annual "Luck's Legacy", held in August and is a featured artist of the Uwharrie Mountain Festival held each October in the Uwharrie National Forest.
